Are you a compassionate, motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) who loves supporting others and making a positive impact on people’s lives? Home Instead is looking for a Caregiver Team Lead to inspire and guide our caregivers while helping older adults and their families navigate the challenges of aging with dignity and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel across our territory to coach and provide quality assurance to caregivers.
• Support new caregiver onboarding, orientation, and client introductions.
• Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, families, and office teams.
• Identify challenges before they become problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep HR updated on caregiver performance.
• Step in as an RPN in emergency situations when needed.
• Contribute ideas for training and development opportunities for our team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience involving mentoring and coaching
• Valid driver’s license, full-time access to a reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, patience, and mentoring skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and excellent judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Computer-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to build positive relationships.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week with flexible start and end times.
• Occasional weekends as needed.

Education

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma

License/Certifications

• Current registration in good standing with The College of Nurses of Ontario (including Insurance coverage through RPNAO or RNAO)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
